Product Description:
Carcassonne is a tile-placement game where players draw and place tiles representing southern French landscapes. These tiles could feature a city, road, cloister, grassland, or combinations of these. Players must place their tiles adjacent to previously placed ones so that cities connect to cities and roads to roads. After placing a tile, players may place a meeple on one of the areas to score points when the area is completed.

The game is full of strategic decisions, such as whether to use a tile to expand your city or to place it in a way that blocks your opponent’s progress.
