At KidzyMarket, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a clear and straightforward return and refund process. As a dropshipping store, we fulfill orders through third-party suppliers such as AliExpress and Temu. This affects how we handle returns, so please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

    Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.

 


How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@kidzymarket.com with the following details:

 

  • Your full name and order number

  • The product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

 


Once your return is approved:

 

  • We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

  • You will receive instructions on where and how to send the return based on our supplier’s location.

 


Please do not return any items to KidzyMarket directly. As a dropshipping business, we do not maintain a physical return facility. Items sent back without an approved return request and label will not be accepted.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@kidzymarket.com. Be sure to include:

 

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

  • Your order number

    We will investigate and either send you a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.

 


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, we recommend:

 

  • Initiating a return for the original item.

  • Placing a new order for the desired replacement.

    This ensures the fastest processing and availability of your preferred product.

 


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.

The item must be:

 

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Returned in original packaging with all components included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

    Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our supplier, you will receive a notification regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

 

  • A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the transaction.
