Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Fees

Free Standard Shipping is available on most orders unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Some products may include a small shipping fee depending on size, weight, or destination.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

Tracking updates may take several days to appear, especially during the early stages of shipment.

Some packages may ship in multiple parts if items are fulfilled from different warehouses.

 


 

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@kidzymarket.com to request an address change. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins.

 


 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit or not delivered within 60 days, please contact us at support@kidzymarket.com, and we will investigate and help resolve the issue.

In some cases, additional time may be required for delivery due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

 


 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office.

KidzyMarket is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to customs regulations.

Customers are responsible for checking and understanding their country’s import regulations before placing an order.

 


 

Split Shipments

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different suppliers. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, if available.

 


 

Pre-Orders and Out-of-Stock Items

If you order a product on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the estimated ship date will be clearly communicated on the product page or order confirmation. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be split.
