How to Use:

• Pour the recommended packet of nasal wash salt into the bottle, then add warm water to the 300ml or 500ml mark.
• Water temperature should be about 37°C (98.6°F) — lukewarm to the touch. Mix until salt is fully dissolved and tighten the cap.
• Select the correct nozzle (use child tip for children). Lean forward, look down with head slightly tilted to one side, hold bottle upside down and insert the tip into one nostril.
• Relax, breathe through the mouth, and press the valve/button to allow solution to flow. Do not squeeze the bottle or breathe through the nose while rinsing. Repeat for the other nostril as needed.

Precautions:

• Do not substitute regular table salt or plain water for the nasal wash salt provided; use only recommended saline mixtures to avoid irritation.
• Do not use if a nostril is blocked, or if you have middle ear infection (otitis media) or other ear conditions without consulting a physician.
• Children 8 years or under should use under physician and parental guidance.
• Clean thoroughly before and after each use and store in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight and corrosive substances.
